Before the beginning of time I met Mr Suzuki . He has been a sushi artist way before I was born. He never sold out. None of that fusion fake sushi stuff here! Just pure JDM (Japan Domestic Market) style sushi. He keeps it simple and let's the food speak for itself. The tuna is always fresh and the rolls are never big or sloppy like most sushi spots that don't know how to roll it. Right outside is a great place to go for a walk and check out the inner-coastal water way of Jensen Beach before filling up on some great food! No matter where I live when I come to Stuart I always stop in. Make sure you tell him I said hello!

Very nice restaurant and decor. Rolls were fresh and flavorful. Would go again!

Kaishin is the our favorite sushi place! He has the freshest fish always and Maggie cooks up Japanese comfort food that I grew up with from my Japanese neighbor. It is not Thai/ sushi fusion, it is traditional sushi without all of the fried stuff all over, which is what makes it so wonderful:) I have tried many things hot and raw and I would have them all again.

Awesomely fantastic!!! Do not understand why they are not mobbed! Fresh good fast. My husband had to come to the area for work and I tagged along. Some of the best in the USA! Who would have known? Clean modern decor. Just wonderful. I'm tagging along again. We had hamachi and tuna cold plates, tuna yellowtail and salmon sushi, miso soup, a spicy tuna roll (husband was so glad it wasn't chopped). I think our server may have been one of the owners. Such a nice person. This is the place for sushi in FL.

Yum. My brother and I came on a Thursday night around 8pm. Place was clean, modern and our waitress and the sushi chef were friendly. Miso soup was great, as well as the sashimi and sushi rolls. My brother who loves the spicy rolls got a WTF roll and thought the jalapeño was an awesome compliment to the fish in the roll. It's just over the causeway in the same building as Tony Roma's. Cool and quaint little place. We will definitely be back.

Good size rolls and the prices are great for Jensen Beach. Wish they were open for lunch. No happy hour and drinks for domestic are $3 and imports are $4. No liquor but the have wine and sake.

First, the sushi is AMAZING. Almost as good as Joss in our hometown (and that is saying something). We had four different rolls and I can't think of one bad thing to say about any of them. The only reason I'm not giving them a five is because the service was dreadful. From the moment we walked in the door the server decided to completely ignore us. I had to ask for my wine twice, she didn't explain which rolls were which, I had to ask the sushi maker for more ginger, and she never came back to the table until it was time for the check. So go but don't expect much from the server.

I frequent Kaishin whenever I go out for sushi and it's awesome!! Toru is a great Sushi Chef and Maggie rocks w/ special noodles. I'm glad this place is here for us locals in JB!!

Me, the Wife and a friend stopped in for dinner. Not crowed with typical oriental theme music in the background. Large selection of dishes, not only sushi either. Service was prompt priced about right- overall not bad.

This is the best sushi in Jensen Beach! The rolls are not as big like the fusion Japanese restaurants, so they are not as pricey. The chef is actually Japanese, unlike all these other restaurants with different ethnicity sushi chefs. This place may be the closest to authentic you can get! I've been coming there for a long time- way when they owned Kaito on US1. Their fish is always fresh, and the sushi is always good. Must try!!!

Honestly, I expected so much more based off the previous reviews. The food really wasn't worth 5 stars. 2 at best.

Coming here since it opened. Japanese tapas/cooked foods never disappoint.Try the short ribs.Sushi always fresh and plenty of variety of rolls to choose from. Chef is the real deal. Good selection of cold saki, try the alladin. Excellent prices. You know the place is killer when the Japanese players from the Mets frequent the place during spring training.

Look no further. Best Sushi in town. Sit at the bar so you can visit with the chef. Maggie and Toru are the best!

I found Kaishin on Yelp and my friends and I decided to check it out. We are so happy we did! The food was reasonably priced and high quality, which is rare to find. I live in Miami and have been to many sushi establishments and this place was an absolute pleasure. Ask for Echo, she was one of the best servers I have ever had.

This is hands down the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to! Tastes so authentic and fresh. Prepared with such precision and care. Unbelievable, I am so thrilled with this place. If you truly love sushi go to Kaishin.

Being raised in a Japanese household, and having grown up on Long Island (where there are literally dozens of Japanese restaurants), I certainly have had my share of good Japanese food. But I have to say that Kaishin is one of the very best of the lot! Their food reminds me of my grandfather's home cooking- both delicious and comforting. The sushi is great, but what sets Kaishin apart from the others are the unique items on the menu that I have not seen at other restaurants. The pork Cha Shu is perfection- melt-in-your-mouth tender, juicy, fatty, and full of flavor. Just like my grandpa used to make. And the Pearl- thinly sliced raw scallops in ponzu sauce sprinkled with wasabi-tobiko is clean and refreshing. Salmon don- thin slices of salmon served on a bed of sushi rice and garnished with ikura (salmon roe) is another dish you don't often see, and was perfection. We come to this area once every year, and we make it a point to visit Kaishin- best Japanese restaurant in Florida!

This place is incredible! I had the Cha Shu Ramen along with gyoza. It was delicious- going to try the spicy ramen next! DEFINITELY come here if you get the chance! The prices are super affordable and their service is fantastic. Glad I found out about this place!

Been meaning to come here since we moved to the area a few months ago. Maybe Valentine's Day was a poor choice. The sushi was excellent and the udon was tasty. But the service was slow and scattered. I give them a pass due to VD being a huge date night. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience. We have never had fresher sushi. One sushi chef and two waitstaff was a little on the light side, though.
